This position is for you! We are currently looking for a Sales Representative / Merchandiser for the Rivière-du-Loup to Matane territory and surrounding areas. Your main responsibilities will include placing products, managing inventory, and rotating stock. You will also be responsible for promoting and selling our products to clients while identifying opportunities for business development.

Merchandising

• Place products on shelves in non-refrigerated sections, refrigerators, cold rooms, floor displays, and store fixtures.

• Ensure products are restocked in a timely manner.

• Perform product inventory checks.

• Ensure promotional materials provided are clearly visible and accessible to customers.

• Maintain proper product rotation in stores.

Sales

• Optimize points of sale with existing clients.

• Communicate with key in-store contacts.

• Present and promote our product promotions and key benefits.

• Identify existing and potential client needs and propose tailored solutions.

• Ensure products are merchandised according to company standards and client type.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with each client and act professionally at all times.

• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

• Work closely with the supervisor.
